In case Customer knows that Customer’s personal information has been disclosed inconsistently with this Privacy Policy and/or the law or has complaint related to the use of personal information for improper purposes or beyond the scope under this Privacy Policy, Customer may send notice to NCT Media according to the information specified in Section 5 of this Privacy Policy. When receiving information from Customer, NCT Media will conduct verification and in case it is right according to the Customer's feedback, depending on the level, NCT Media will take handling measures timely.
